About Me

As an artist, I believe I am a vehicle used by Spirit to pass on positive messages and energy to the community. These messages present themselves to me when I stay still and listen to my soul.

Although I have had some formal art training at the high school, college and university levels, I am mostly self-taught. As a youngster I always enjoyed doing art. I loved playing with colours and expressing my thoughts and perceptions of form using whatever materials I had at my disposal.

My creative process is simple. First I feel the energy of the work coming from inside. Then I begin to see it and know what media to use. Then I just keep working until the picture I have executed matches the picture in my soul. Each painting is a challenge, a birthing, a joy.
